Make what should not be possible for one person.

    Start with the idea, not the team

    We use technology to reduce the work it takes to turn an idea into a finished product. AI agents, coding assistants and automation handle what can be systematised; the founder stays responsible for the direction, the judgement and the final result.

    Measure before we assume

    We treat products as experiments. We build, observe, test and change them based on evidence rather than intuition alone. A release is not the end of the process; it is another source of information.

    Use machines for leverage

    AI is not the product philosophy. It is part of the infrastructure. We use capable tools to extend what one person can research, design, build, test and run, while responsibility for the work stays human.
